installing python 3 to linux

~$ cd sherlock
~/sherlock$ pip3 install -r requirements.txtinstalling python 3 to linux

~$ cd sherlock
~/sherlock$ pip3 install -r requirements.txtinstall python3.6 in linux
$ sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
