/etc/mpv
or
/usr/etc/mpv #If it wasn't in the first address then it should be here 
#if not then just create in the first address.
#(for me there wasn't even a mpv folder in the second adress)
If the file "mpv.conf" doesn't exist just create it in /etc/mpv/mpv.conf
