in order to link html page to css then you must write this line in the html page
<link href="style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
however you must write this line inside the <head> tag in the wanted html page
href="style.css" --> it refer to the name of the css page that you want this
html page to connect to.
type="text/css" --> this part is optional and you don't have to write it
