erd in phpmyadmin

go to phpmyadmin
click on your desired database
find designer tab in the navbar (it appears usually after you click more)
 
  if you are unable to see the relationship lines, then click on 
    "toggle relationship lines" which whill appear when you will hover 
    on the left icons.
