In my case with Xampp with Windows 10
i just changed:
;memory_limit=512M
by commenting this configuration, in php.ini to:
memory_limit =-1PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted
memory_limit = 64M;PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1610612736 bytes exhausted
php --ini
nano /etc/php5/cli/php.ini (it could be different for you)
Search for memory_limit by (ctrl + w)
make memory_limit to -1 or 2G (depending on what you can increase to)
