If not working also try:
php artisan migrate:refresh.re migrate laravel
Try:
composer dump-autoload
php artisan config:cache
If not working also try:
php artisan migrate:refresh.php artisan migration refresh
php artisan migrate:refresh --step=1artisan refresh
Try this command it works for me
php artisan migrate:fresh
However, be careful! This command will drop all data from your DB:fresh migrqte laravel
$ php artisan migrate:fresh
Dropped all tables successfully.
Migration table created successfully.
Migrating: 2014_10_12_000000_create_users_table
Migrated: 2014_10_12_000000_create_users_table
Migrating: 2014_10_12_100000_create_password_resets_table
