install virtualenv
pip install virtualenv
activate it by doing this:
cd myproject/Scripts/activateinstall virtualenv
pip install virtualenv
activate it by doing this:
cd myproject/Scripts/activatepython install virtualenv
python3.8 -m pip install --user virtualenv
python3.8 -m virtualenv --helpinstall virtualenv Python
