install virtualenv
pip install virtualenv
activate it by doing this:
cd myproject/Scripts/activateinstall virtualenv
pip install virtualenv
activate it by doing this:
cd myproject/Scripts/activatevirtualenv specify python version
virtualenv --python=/usr/bin/python2.6 <path/to/new/virtualenv/>start virtualenv with python version
