how to recover a deleted github repository

These are the instructions for recovering a deleted repository owned by A USER  ACCOUNT 
1.Click on your profile photo on the top right corner and click on "settings"
2.On the newly opened page,locate the word "Account Settings" on the left of the screen and scroll down to "repositories" then click on it.
3.Click on "Deleted Repositories".
4.After clicking on "deleted repositories" a list of repositories you deleted will be displayed.
5.On the right of each repository there is a "Restore" option.Click on it.
6.Click on "i understand,restore this repository" to restore your repository

TO RECOVER ORGANIZATION REPOSITORIES;
1).CLICK ON YOUR PROFILE PICTURE
2).CLICK ON "YOUR ORGANIZATIONS"
3).CLICK ON "SETTINGS"
4).FOLLOW FROM STEP 3 ABOVE
