how to activate virtualenv in windows
for windows
make a directory using mkdir nameofthedirectory
enter the directory using cd
then enter the following :
>pip install virtualenv
then name the virtualenv
>virtualenv somename
then activate the virtualen
on Windows, virtualenv creates a batch file
>yourvirtuallenname Scriptsactivate.bat
