Intergrate is to combine (one thing) with another so that they become a whole.
Examples:
in Judo martial art, we combine the adversary vector (speed, weight, direction)
and add our own vector so that adversary stumbles.
in financial poverty, we savor the pains of being poor to acquire the skills
to earn financially and live well under the economic conditions
