push all branches to remote

push a local branch
Create a new branch:
git checkout -b feature_branch_name
Edit, add and commit your files.
Push your branch to the remote repository:
git push -u origin feature_branch_name
create local and remote branch
git checkout -b yourBranchName
git push -u origin yourBanchName
git new branch push to remote
git push -u origin <branch>
