1 : type "CC Simple Wire Removal" in effects and plugin pannel
2 : drag that effect to your layer
3 : you will get two points. (point A , point B)
4 : place point A to starting of wire
5 : place point B to ending of wire
6 : if your wire in moving you can add keyframes also...
