select 'Install code command in path'
navigate to any project from the terminal and type 'code .'install code command on mac

To open a fresh terminal use Ctr+` shortcut or simply Ctrl+J. To open an existing terminal use Ctrl+J shortcut.open vs code from terminal
Launch VS Code.
Open the Command Palette (Cmd+Shift+P) and type 'shell command' to find the Shell Command: Install 'code' command in PATH command.
Restart the terminal
Navigate to project folder in terminal,
