Mouse blocking on screen border when dragging window

In case you want to disable the minimal
 speed the mouse needs to have to drag a window accross
 several monitors, do the following:
 
 Open the Registry Editor (regedit) by pressing
 the windows key and R simultaniously.
 
 Go to
 HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop
 
 Change the value for the key
 "MouseMonitorEscapeSpeed" to 0 and leave the base at hexadecimal
 
 Close the regedit and you're good to go
