This is due to the privacy standard of MOZILLA, we can still achieve 
by modifying a file

> Open new tab adn type this    (about:config)  & accept
> Search for  (privacy.file_unique_origin)     & set it to FALSE
> Try refresh the local file page OR restart the firefox
