Install / Uninstall gimp:

libraries copied from Jonathon F's PPA.

To install, run command:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntuhandbook1/gimp
sudo apt update
sudo apt install gimp
To uninstall, run commands:
sudo apt install ppa-purge
