In Windows CMD/Powershell:
netstat -aon | findstr '[port_number]'find which service is using port
netstat -aon | findstr<port_number>
tasklist | findstr 9260top running port
stop running boort 8080
go to command past this
netstat -ao |find /i "listening"
look for you port
TCP 0.0.0.0:8080 machinename:0 LISTENING 12704
then write this
