please enable the virtual machine platform windows feature and ensure virtualization is enabled in the bios
1. Just to be sure, you do have the feature "Virtual Machine Platform" enabled
2. run this command, in the cmd as administrator: " bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto "
