eval ssh-agent
eval `ssh-agent`
Add your SSH private key to the ssh-agent. If you created your key with a different name, or if you are adding an existing key that has a different name, replace id_rsa in the command with the name of your private key file.
$ cat ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub
add ssh key to ssh agent
eval "$(ssh-agent -s)"
ssh add new key
$ eval "$(ssh-agent -s)"
> Agent pid 59566
ssh-agent ssh-add
# Make sure you're running as an Administrator
Start-Service ssh-agent
# This should return a status of Running
Get-Service ssh-agent
# Now load your key files into ssh-agent
ssh-add ~.sshid_ed25519
