mongoimport is not recognized
From version 4.4 onwards, you have to install MongoDB tools separately

Unzip and move the contents within
path_to_your_extracted_folder\mongodb-database-tools-windows-x86_64-100.3.0\bin
to
C:\Program Files\MongoDB\Server\4.4\bin
