First: make sure to add the path to your environment variables:
C:your_directory_to_anaconda3Anaconda3Librarybin
Second: set SSl verification to False. Run in conda command prompt:
conda config --set ssl_verify FalseCondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url <https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main/win-64/current_repodata.json>
run your IDE or terminal in Administratorcondahttperror: http 000 connection failed for url <https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main/win-64/current_repodata.json>
