What do you do if I hire you?
In first week, you know, I will get done all the
paper works, getting the tools and necessary
access to the project, take may be an on board
training for warm up quickly.
Then I will have to learn the company culture.
I have to learn also more about projects,
application and my teammates.
I think, understanding what the application
is doing is very important if I want to be more productive.
So, it will take 1-2 weeks to be ready to
write my first test cases. I think a sprint
is enough to figure out most of the thing about
application and working culture in the company.
