-Selenium supports testing of only web-based applications
-Mobile applications cannot be tested with Selenium
-Captcha and Barcode cannot be tested aswell
-Reports can only be generated using
third-party tools like TestNG or JUnit.
-Since it is a free tool, there is not vendor
support but still there are many communities to get help.
-The user is expected to know
prior programming language knowledge.
