SSL is a standard security protocol for establishing secure connection between
the SERVER and CLIENT. When secure connection is not established due to
certificate SSL error will occur and to handle it We need to create 
instance of DesiredCapabilities class :


for UI of CHROME, IE -> 
        DesiredCapabilities handlSSLErr = DesiredCapabilities.chrome()
        handlSSLErr.setCapability ((CapabilityType.ACCEPT_SSL_CERTS, true)
        WebDriver driver = new ChromeDriver(handlSSLErr);

for API ->
    Response response = given().relaxedHTTPSvalidation(). when(). get(baseURL);
