wireless mouse takes a while to respond
there might be two wireless mouse connection.
Try to check the mouse setting.
Mouse Setting > Additional mouse options > Hardware > Devices
At the Devices section should be two only (for external bluetooth mouse and mouse pad)
Then check which one is the one you wanted it to disconnect by unplug it and reconnect it.
Disable the device in the Properties section and you are good to go.
